I just paid for my overlays so am hoping they come soon. Any tips or tricks on installing them?

Thanks

Looks like he painted his emblem bezels first.

Both times I've gotten mine Moody has actually put them on my truck right in front of me since we're both local. He uses soapy water in a spray bottle, sprays the overlay and the emblem, then positions it just right. Then uses a little squeegee thing to work the water out as he makes minute adjustments. Then once all the water is out, just let dry and bam, New look.

Guys who have done the "F150" color inlays on the fenders and tailgate, how well do they stick?

I was thinking of getting tan/beige color inlays to match the "4x4" bed decals. I think it would be a nice subtle touch on my Kodiak Brown Screw.

I noticed though that the factory black painted face has a bumpy texture to it so I'm wondering how well the vinyl will adhere.

I got inlays for fenders and tailgate last summer and they made it through a Canadian winter unscathed!! Still like new and never came off. Tedious to put them on, but worth it!!

Sent a message on FB, waiting to hear back on some inlays to cover the non-matching emblems on my new RR, product looks awesome and cheaper then whole new emblems!

I had moody do some hood decals in the same gold color that the lariat bed decals come in.
