better headlight options

the HID's came out of the head lights the next day. I still have them in the fog lights but as far as I can tell, they dont bother anyone.

Put your truck on a level surface 25 feet from a wall on that wall draw a line at the 3 foot height from the ground. The headlamps should have a dark band that is the headlamp cut off. The dark band should be right on the line. All FORD vehicles in north america are set up that way, this is called VOR. All cars and trucks must follow this rule
Adjust each lamp using a screw on top of the lamp, all you need is a #2 Phillips, and move the beam pattern below the line, make sure to do slowly and I would cover one lamp so you adjust one at a time. Also I would have a full tank of gas, this would be worst case.
This is easy any person can adjust there lamps and make them safe for you and the traffic around you...
BTW the lamps must be adjustable it is the law
GOOD LUCK

These are good options. Tremendously brighter than stock halogen or Silverstar bulbs.

F150LEDS also has matching fog led's.

Just wanted to say it's great to see that there are people in this thread that have the courtesy and common sense not to run lighting that blinds other drivers (eg. HID bulbs in halogen housings).
Usually, these lighting threads are full of a "f*ck you" attitude when it comes to choosing proper lighting that doesn't scatter light everywhere or to aiming their lights after doing a lift.
This thread is a nice change.
I'm running Sylvania XtraVision bulbs in my 2010 F150 and they seem pretty good. The high beams are a bit weak but that is due Ford's choice to use a combined high and low beam bulb IMO. Separate bulbs are better since the lows and highs can have their own reflector housings and better beam spread.
