ha ha yes incentives, my bad.
I was emailing them directly. Each sales reps responded to a few of my emails. but like i said once i sent them the link of the Lariats i was interested i got nothing. Must have something to do with mentioning that i want to purchase at invoice and to include INCENTIVES after invoice price on the Lariat...? I know cars sales reps bug the **** out of you when they get a hold of your email or phone number so something is strange with the no response.

Maybe because its a '15. Also, on a higher trim level, they're expecting to make a little more profit!
On a '14 closeout, you could pretty much name your price (reasonable).

I have been looking at purchasing a 15' Lariat for the last 3 months or so. I've been reading alot of post about how to negotiate on a new vehicle and been reading alot of post on how to lots of people get x-plan or invoice price. so i took alot of advice and sent a couple of emails out to my local dealers regarding that i am interested in f150. I got a lot of responses, nice friendly ones. In my emails i stated that i would like to purchase at invoice price, then apply the intensives. I got responses that they would run it by their managers. They asked for what truck i was interested in so i sent the links to a couple of Lariats. After that i got no responses what so ever. i have even sent a follow up but i get no response. it seems as soon as i sent them the link to the "lariats" f150 i was interested they stop communicating. WTF

[QUOTE="jsw2011boostsc;4237879"] it gives u a starting point, unless you feel like breaking in your new f150 by a quick flight and a drive halfway across the country. I think I read on here that there are deals to be had in Oregon or washington as well

Never, ever, ever negotiate with someone who doesn't have the power to set the price. Usually, only the General Manager, Sales Manger, Fleet Manager, and sometimes the internet manager have that authority.
This is not how car dealers want you to negotiate... They want you to pick a vehicle, work with a salesperson, who runs the numbers to the back, comes back with more bs, etc.
If you don't want to cut through the BS and get to the right person for negotiations (which isn't always easy), just use x-plan as mentioned above.
