Default best way to level my truck on a budget.

Hello yall I would like to level my new truck. She has the 22 inch rims. I would love to go with coil overs from f150lifts.com or some foxes but I can't afford it. I also know that there are the lifting blocks as well. I was thinking about going with the bilstine shock with the built in level. What would yall do.

Cheapest way to level is to park on a slight incline.
