Default Best Tires for Reasonable Price

I have the XL 2010 model (RWD), and it still has the dealer's tires (slipping in rain), so I figured new tires are due! In general, I drive pretty normally (no mudding, offroad, etc.). Unfortunately, I am pretty ignorant regarding my truck's maintenance, so I am placing my trust in the Forum!

In short: I would like some quality tires at a reasonable price (purchasing at Costco). What are your suggestions for new tires, brand, etc. that are best for "casual" driving?

The Michelins that come on the F-150s with 17" rims seem to be good tires. The Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza?? that come on some of the F150's were good driving about 800 hwy miles this weekend from WI to NY.

I have Nitto Terra Grapplers, which are an AT tire. I am happy with em, but they are not a casual tire. The Goodyears that came on my F150 were OK, and may be acceptable as a casual tire, but I didn't like them. The were quiet and comfortable, but wet traction was lacking.

Just did a quick look at costco and it looks like they only offer Michelin BFG and Bridgestone literally the most expensive brands on the market.

Not exactly bang for your buck tires but good tires nonetheless. Idk what your definition of reasonable price is though either.

I like Michelin tires, but they aren't cheap. They seem to last longer though. Check their website for rebates.

Good tires but he seems to only drive highway so the Cooper HTP would be a much better choice. However he cannot get it at Costco it seems.

I have found purchasing at Costco, Sams, Walmart not to be the best place to buy. They have good tires but I generally can get better deals with local tire guys and buy tires like Cooper, Hankook or Gerneral.
