Best Sounding Ecoboost Exhaust!!!
I honestly think the Ecoboost would sound kick *** with a muffler from an Infiniti or a Nissan 370 Z, I wish I had an Ecoboost to try it on. I know someone could grab a muffler from one at a junkyard and swap it on....hint...hint... Someone please try it

I'm actually going to be replacing my 2011 Fx4 ecoboost exhaust but the only problem I've been having is i wasn't sure what to replace it with to get the sound i want. And that sounds great! Especially for being a ecoboost. Did you do it yourself?

I got mine straight piped with no resonator 3" pipe all the way from where the resonator was to the tip. I like how mine sounds and it only cost me 100 bucks

Hey everyone,<br /><br />My name is Tim and I drive a 2011 Blue Flame Ecoboost F150 Scab 4WD XLT. I wanted to try something different with my Ecoboost than buying the Heartthrob or the likes. I went with replacing the 2.5" section of pipe (resonator, flex, stock muffler) with a straight 3" piece of pipe, a stainless Flowmaster Super 10, and a 3" flex. I think the results are the best sounding Ecoboost I have heard yet... and I have spent countless nights up late deciding the fate of my TT steed.<br /><br />I am new to this forum coming from the Subaru world... here's a bit about me<br /><br />- 10 year motocross racer and motorcycle fanatic<br />- Was a Chevy loyalist until I drove an Ecoboost<br />- I am an engineer in the performance development field of high end vehicle data acquisition (in lamens terms: dyno development)<br /><br />Check out the video and let me know what you think, I'll be doing some pulls with it once I get my Stage 2 AFE filter and Superchips figures out their stock tune capture issue...
