Awesome thread. Recently purchased a 2013 XTR and will likely put a few of these mods on in the near future. Thanks!

Best $50 so far is my muffler delete I just did! Great exhaust sound improvement for those not trying to break the bank!

maybe it's just me, but IF I put those in my truck I would at least have given those things a good scrub down before putting them in my truck.

Alright guy I broke one of the amber turn signal lenses on the front of my Mirror. Whats the best place to order the led turn signal to replace them. I found some on Amazon and also on eBay for $47 shipped any one have any experience with them are they actually worth it. How bad is the wiring them up part?

Plan to one of these days. I did think about doing it before I took the pic.

You are now giving me second doubts.

Got the idea from another post in this forum. Used 5630 waterproof LEDs, cut about a 4 foot section on each side. Wired into the dome light as puddle lights. Got a 5M roll from Amazon for $7.99 and used leftover wiring and taps I had from a previous job. Still have about 7-8 feet left. Not sure where to put them yet.

haha, don't let me do that. I just noticed how clean your carpet was, and I'm **** about my truck, and them being dirty would drive me crazy.

I'm assuming you removed the headliner to tap the wires? How long did it take to do? Wondering if there's an easier route to wire them.

No I didn't. Should've clarified better. I tapped into the wiring for the dome lights in the door sills on each side. Just pulled the sills off and fed the wires through the grommets on each side and to the correct wire. They were the small purple wires on both sides for my truck, but yours might vary.
