I got mine on eBay because the seller offered free shipping, but you can order direct from Maxpedition's website, or find them on Amazon, etc. The back is hook-side Velcro, so it attaches directly to the underside of the seat (feels pretty secure, too).

Cut holes to run wires through the plastic. Ran wires behind and tied into parking light.
Stick on with 3m tape
They match the amber lights pretty well, I am real pleased with the look...

Well spent a few more dollars then 50($66) but I ordered new all season ford mats the rubber ones. I know there are better ones out there but these were a good deal and it's better the. The stock carpet mats I have now. Hopefully they are hear today. Next up is front window tint
