I got these on ebay. There are a lot of people selling them. Lots of colours to choose from also.
Here are the type I used.

As a side note. They can also be made to dim without any extra hardware other then a dimmer switch. I know a lot of guys have issues dimming LEDs. They work flawlessly.

These cost me nothing so they would fit in this thread. I called weather tech and amp research for additional stickers and they sent them to me. And the mechanic who works on my truck at the dealership gave an emblem free. I always tip him.
I thought they look nice!!

Did you use the side mount ones?

I think I'm going to get the 3/4" round ones that match my Raptor grille lights. Only downer is, I'm going to have to drill holes in that strip below the gate where you have yours mounted.

Seems a noble solution.
This is page 419 just before the 420 mark, coincidental!!! Great idea before the wash out that becomes 420.

Default Rearview Help

I added a little help to the backup lighting on my 2010. Backing into my garage at night was a little scary until I added these little babies.
ZITRADES 2 X 1.5W SMD Ultra bright 12V 18mm White Color LED High Power Eagle Eye Rear Back Up Reverse Tail Light Lamp by ZITRADES - Led Household Light Bulbs - Amazon.com ZITRADES 2 X 1.5W SMD Ultra bright 12V 18mm White Color LED High Power Eagle Eye Rear Back Up Reverse Tail Light Lamp by ZITRADES - Led Household Light Bulbs - Amazon.com

I gave $5 for a set of two, ended up with 3 sets in the package when they showed up. I guess I was just luck, but these little things are bright so I am sure I will use them somewhere else, too.

I put them in a little sheet metal (~16ga) bracket I fabbed up - 1.5" wide and 5" long

Then, I bolted it into the middle bumper/hitch bolt on each side, dropping it down on each side of the hitch. See the little yellow dot?

I wired into the center pin (reverse) of the seven pin connector and grounded on a random bolt nearby. The next picture is taken with me squatting down, you really can't see them unless you are pretty low.

This one taken standing up:

And in the display - LOTS more light in the center!:
