Their caliper paint specifically? No
I have used other spray products of theirs and been pleased. I say go for it.

My Truck is Candy Apple Red with Gold trim. I am worried that the red's might not match, maybe considering gold

Yes they do, but the state regulates how big of a car can be taken over there and how many. Furthermore, it's approximately a 10-14 year waiting period/application process before being able to take a vehicle over there, sooooo....... I can see why they said not available for Catalina Island or however it stated it. It's basically an island/resort town. The most seen vehicles over there are golf carts. No joke!
