The Philips are a bit pricier, but you can't beat the quality and consistency of lighting. I tried the Bully LED interior conversion kit and it sucked. The Philips are very impressive.

These Samsung chip LED's are blinding, they light up the ground when the door is open.

Regarding the backup bulbs: were they direct plug and play? Did you have to add a resistor or anything else?

Also, do you have a pic of your truck in reverse with these bulbs on?

Do these lights turn off completely? The LEDs I have glow a little when they are off due to low resistance.

Mine glow all the time also. Doesn't seem to hurt anything

Completely plug and play, no resistor needed. And unlike most projector led bulbs, these have side bulbs to that reflect off the housing, giving better light. I like them better than the Cree bulbs I had of the same design.

My old ones did that and it drove me ape****! These ones go completely dark when the doors close, no more reflections in the rear view mirror! Did I mention they are super bright? You can see my bright white license plates from a mile away with these bulbs in the back! These would also be great for replacing the factory white bulbs in the third brake light.

Plug and play? No resistor? I'm sold.

Just picked up a set to replace the stock reverse bulbs. I bet they will help visibility when looking through the reverse camera when it's dark out.
