Default running board/ puddle lights

I bought two led lights designed to be mounted on the front of cars under the headlamps. Mounted them under the body just inside the running boards to light up the center of the step and the ground. Wired them up to the interior lights so they come on when the factory puddle lights would. Ran the wire through a groment under the rear scab doors and then spliced into factory wire (light purple with dark purple stripe on it) for power. Just screwed a screw into the body under the carpet for a ground. The lights cost alittle over $24 with tax and got them at Advanced auto parts.

I cut them and refinished them with RM paint. Tail gate emblems are to small.

Omg. That's just dumb. Why not mount a gps or something there. You just waisted 26 bucks.

People actually do it. I saw that thread awhile back, because I have a coin holder also. But I do have manual 4x4 on the floor. I've debated putting some sort of gauge there instead.

I think that switch could be used for accessory lighting or something like that. A gauge would be cool too.
