Under hood lights. About $10 in parts, 1 beer and an hour of my time.

I've been wanting to do that for a while. Don't know why it wouldn't come stock. Is it hardwired or battery operated?

We were just talking about that last week there should be a light under the hood like the older trucks had, and be on Pin Switich for off and on......

Plasti dip stock wheels, $6 a can X 2 = $12 total for all 4 rims. I got 8 cans, a couple for myself and a couple to do my running boards. This **** is awesome, protects my wheels and I can peel it off when I'm tired of it. Waiting on my 33s to come in

5.0L, no muffler yet (still stock)... Still enjoying the quiet, ha ha... Can't guarantee it'll stay that way though although it does have a little growl in it already. In my past trucks I've ran a 40 series Flowmaster (single inlet, dual outlet) dumped BEFORE the rear axle. Love the aggresive tone and actually liked the resonance inside the cab, but, with the new rig, the quiet ride is kinda nice...

The lights are an LED strip I got off eBay. It was $20 or so for 5m. I wired them to the battery on a toggle switch. If they hold up well I'm going to redo the wiring with a pressure switch. The install so far is just to prove they work and will survive under the hood!

New trucks don't break down, don't need lights under hood, lol!
