Default The Best Looking Lower Bumper Insert I've Found - With Pictures

I've spent lots of time scouring the internet for a lower bumper insert that actually matches the rest of the front of my 2010 F-150.

I have the 6 bar chrome billet grill and I couldn't find any lower insert from any vendor that was a good match for the grill and blended in with the front of my truck.

Several vendors have billet inserts for the lower bumper, but those inserts consist of 11 or 12 thin billet strips.
An insert with 11 or 12 horizontal billet strips stacked on top of each other in that small opening is definitely not a good match for a grill with 6 beefy sized billet bars.
Those inserts with 11 or 12 thin strips don't match the grill, they don't blend in with the front of the truck and they create a look that is not aesthetically pleasing.

I was just about resigned to putting some sort of novelty license plate on the front of my truck instead of a bumper insert because I wasn't going to settle for something that didn't match the front of the truck...and then I finally found a lower insert that actually matches the grill and blends in with the front of the truck, and those inserts happen to be made by a fellow forum member right here on the F-150 Forum. Reider03
He calls them "Boost-Bars," I suppose because the first ones he made were for the bumper of the EcoBoost.

I'm more than happy to give Reider03 a good shout-out. His insert is a quality product, it blends so well with the front of the truck that it actually looks like a factory item, and the install was very easy and user friendly.
It's exactly what I was looking for and I'm 100% satisfied with it.

He makes them for bumpers with the center license plate and the off-set license plate, and different varieties (black, platinum, chrome, etc.).

Strong work Reider03.

I like the ones that match the Platinum grill better. But I don't have a Platinum or a Platinum grill.

You need to get the one that actually matches the grill on your truck Nassty, or it sort of defeats the purpose.

Have y'all thought of any design for the 2013 Lariat grill?

Send him a PM he's got a few designs made and others on the go. I'd imagine there will be one for the XLT EB's soon if there isn't one already.

Id imagine the 13' Limited Version would work fork the 13' Lariat, as they're similar!
