Best front rotor/pads
2012 STX 4X4 with 67,000 miles on it, front brakes are vibrating badly. Occasionally tow 27' camper weighing 6600#. Looking for a good combination of rotors and pads.

I recently put Raybestos rotors and Hawk pads on the front. Huge improvement over stock. Ceramics grooved the heck out of my front rotors, so I'm hoping the semi-metallics go easier on the new ones.

I personally talked myself out of drilled/slotted rotors. I do a decent amount of towing, and you can't beat the stopping power that blank rotors provide. Most modern brake pads have minimal off-gassing and don't benefit from slotted rotors. Plus, the cooler temperatures of drilled rotors don't come close to making up for the loss of stopping power due to reduced surface area compared to blank rotors. The slots also tend to fatigue the brake pads, and I've seen many complaints of the pad detaching from the backing.
Although I do like the looks of drill/slotted rotors, they don't provide much benefit over blank rotors, especially when towing. If you are going for drilled/slotted rotors, I've heard great things about PowerStop, but don't have any first hand experiences. I'd stay away from any anti-rust coatings. They wear off fairly quickly and actually reduce braking power as it wears away. They will end up rusting just like any other rotor in time, so I don't see much added benefit. Just my opinion.

I have 18,000 miles on my '14 SCrew and already have the brake shake. I'm sure the dealer will turn/resurface them, but I have no doubt that the problem will be back in short order. So I'm thinking of just paying $$$ and getting better rotors. Considering the Napa Ultra Premium line due to their lifetime rotor warranty and local availability. If they "warp" (a misnomer, I know), then Napa should replace free of charge.
Anyone have experience with these?

A quick search shows a lot of positive reviews on the Napa rotors. From what I read, they are basically rebranded Raybestos rotors which I've had good luck with.
