Yep, it's a gamble the way I see it. I have had mine in several times and flash it to stock and have never been asked anything. I also have not had any problems with my truck either.

This is NOT a simple answer.
Yes - if the reason your requesting warranty work is a direct result of a tuner breaking it - but they have to prove that it was the tuner at fault.
Can they prove that it was tuned? I never got a direct answer on that one either. Some say yes, Ford can track the tunes, some say no.
Mike at 5 Star says that he doesn't make tunes that will exceed manufacturers limits.
I know that the main difference that I absolutely LOVE is the transmission shifting is much better - no throttle lag and lots more pep.

When you get programmer and you plug it in, the programmer will download stock tune and store it on programmer and upload new tune, when you return to stock, it does the same process.
It does take time, it is not a 5 min process, uploading custom tune took around 40 mins so bring a mag. lol

Whats the number to contact mike? Also... you get 3 custom tunes right? Lets say I order a tune from mike, and 6 months later i install an exhaust, can I recieve another tune? How does all this work, does he email me and I upload it to my flash device? Thanks.
