Lots of threads on this....Only one I can recommend...5-Star tuning...Call Mike. He is the best. I have tried the others and have not had good luck. He is a vendor on this site. best customer service I have ever had and he knows the ford product and builds SAFE tunes.

If Ford can prove that what ever you are trying to warranty was broke by the tune, then yes.
I return mine to stock when I take it in but if they really looked into the computer I'm sure they would know something was done.

Before taking to Ford, return to stock drive for a couple of days then bring in, they can have suspicion but can't prove anything, they may get you to try and admit you had one on their, just like a lawyer will tell you, never admit to anything

That's what I gather, the computer basically shows it's been wiped. Now can they say that it was a tuner or the dealer flashing it? Don't know.

In their defense if there was a proven showing on the computer of wipes and flashes, they would ask for dealers work orders you receive after.
I don't know I'd just say be sure whose tunes you run
