Every other kit out there will use spacers on top of the strut to achieve lift unless you dish out another $1.7k for coilovers. BDS Fabtech are two major companies that offer coilovers. If it just a street queen truck that will only see mild offroad use the spacers are fine, heavy offroad use dish out the extra cash for coilovers. Spacers are not great for lifting if they are not used in conjunction with an IFS drop bracket and knuckles to help put the geometry back.

Most people say BDS yet don't know why they say BDS. BDS is good because they have one of the best warranties on the market and because they have a huge following. I went with Rancho because they are one of the oldest, strongest lift companies on the market. My old man had a 6in Lift on his old 72 F250 and loved them. I have their 4in Lift on my truck now and it has been awesome. Actual longer struts plus my UCA angles are flat. No drooping crappy angles on anything. If they offered actual leaf springs it would be hands down the best lift kit on the market. I plan on bumping my lift to an actual 6in lift in the future with fox coilovers, 2.0s in the rear and atlas springs so the lift blocks are fine for now.

My pro comp has a 50000 mile warranty, and I have fox 2.0 in the rear and 2.5 Coilovers up front and they look and ride awesome!
