I always keep a fifth of whiskey and my .45 in case the world ends. In the wise words of RnlComp no DIY job will be the cause of a breakdown. Welcome to the 1%, time to blame God for your luck. These trucks are damn reliable. Everyone tends to get butthurt because their $45k truck has 1 or 2 problems. Welcome to the world of mass production and inflation. As long as you don't lemon law it because your A/C isn't cold enough you have my blessing. I don't know your story but if your concerned I recommend trading it before the warranty runs out. I believe you mentioned you were from Canada, right? I'm not sure on the deals up there but I know here locally they are offering pretty good deals on the 2015's, and if I needed a new truck and couldn't get a ford I would settle with a RAM before a GM.
Even if I were interested in another Ford, I sure wouldn't be getting a 2015. 1. I never buy the first year of a new model 2. I think the new F150s are the ugliest trucks on the road.
I'll never own a Dodge. 60% of the guys at work own Dodge. I've heard enough horror stories. Nevermind that everyone I've sat in, including the new ones, has felt like cheap Chinese built plastic and the seats are like church pews...
My 2011 Sierra was the best truck I've ever owned. I'll be looking at another one when I eventually get rid of this Ford.
To everyone else, thanks for the replies. You've all given me great ideas and stuff to think about/look into.

I like to carry basic tools around not specifically for the truck, but you never know when you'll end up needing to turn a bolt or two throughout your day. I've got a canvas military surplus bag with:
-Kobalt 10 pc small size wrench set (SAE and Metric)
-Kobalt 10 pc medium size wrench set (SAE and Metric)
-Kobalt Ratchet screwdriver set
-Battery Terminal Cleaner
-Cable Cutters
-Channel Locks
-Wire Crimper
-Allen Tools
-Vice Grip
The bag is housed in a plastic box that will not let water into it. I've also got my jumper cables and a Huskey socket set in the same plastic tote. The tote is affixed in the bed and its secured under a locking Retrax tonneau cover. I've used the tools mostly on my Jeep Wrangler or to fix small things on my friend's vehicles. Seeing as the Truck is the DD, I just keep the bag with me in the truck bed. Never know when you'll need a few extra tools.
