Do they even go to winter blend fuel in warmer places such as L.A. or say Phoenix?

Generally, yes. It's easier for the refiner to switch over to a single blend for everyone than try to do "regional blends."

subtract 1-3mpg from the sticker of any vehicle. Are you in that range? With the 5.4 yes you are. Quit yelling about mpg, you bought a truck.

2010 5.4 4X4 with Magnaflo cat back dual
6600 miles on truck, never reset, 2/3 of mile highway, winter driving w/ 10% mile in 4X4. new in October so most of miles with winter blend. As hte truck sit now, it is at 17.6 MPG. beats my old 2002 with 4.6 by 1.5 MPG.

This is all of course assuming you didn't mod your truck in some way; larger tires, removed a bed cover, leveled, etc.

Nice insight, thanks Iright!

Was I yelling? I believe I was "typing", but that's beside the point. Nevertheless, I was asking a general question. Which, by the way, thanks to everyone who replied with insight.

Obviously, this is something your 5th grade educated brain cannot comprehend. Now, take out the trash and clean the litter box before your daddy gets home.
