Mine(2010) is 2.250 measured diagonally. So pretty small. Don't know if the 2011"s are bigger.

For what its worth, I was worried about this, but didn't want to fork over the ~$2k for the nav upgrade...

After test driving one with the display in the rear view, I find it to be a fine size since it seems closer to your face than the nav.

Maybe the biggest thing, though, is that it seems like a natural place to put the display since usually looking between the 3 mirrors when backing up (two side mirrors and the rearview). With the display in the nav it didn't seem as natural to me to be able to glance from mirror to nav to mirror.

I guess my point is that one should experience if for themselves, if possible.
Now that i've driven the truck for a few months, I don't think the small size of the display is a problem at all.

Good luck,
-Matt
