Axle Wrap
One thing I've noticed on my truck is a little more axle wrap than I would like if I have to step on it. I was talking to a coworker about traction bars and he mentioned the traction shocks he has on his Corona. Anyone know about a setup for a 2014 f150? Or have any advice seeing as I've never ran anything like that before.

There are a couple of company's that make traction bars for the f150. JLP and caltracs are two of the popular ones. As far as traction shocks, they are mostly found on unibody cars/imports. Though I think some of the foxbody mustangs had something like that on them.

Are you talking about wheel hop? I posted about this and skipped the solution, I think the fix would be a detriment to my 4x4ing.

Those look great for the street! They'd be real rock-draggers off road though.

Yeah everything seems to mount to the bottom of the spring perch so no good offroad.
@Stingray1300 I was just looking at RCI's full skid set. How do you like em?

They fit perfectly. Great quality.
They saved my bacon at least twice while wheeling in Colorado in September. I got the 1/4" aluminum complete set. Not sure what they saved, but there are scars on one plate.
*And do NOT believe what anyone tells you, you CANNOT change the engine oil while that one skid is on the truck!!! I got a Fumoto drain plug to keep me from having to pull a plate. Not too big of a deal, but...
I did the custom paint job on the lettering. This is the front plate for an EcoBoost.
