Automatic lock/unlock Opening Tailgate and LED Bed Lights

Speaking of C-max....I actually looked into the proximity switches, but it got too in depth for me...
I used a heavy duty trunk release solenoid from eBay and attached it the the tailgate handle.
That with the help of the ez down tailgate assist, it works perfectly.
The problem I ran into was how to make it work from the stock remote without adding a alarm or having an additional keyfob.
Found the module called a TR-7... Magical little device.
Fully programmable.
It watches your unlock wire for voltage ( I set mine to 3 unlock presses in 5 seconds) once it sees that it sends voltage to a separate output.
I added a relay and fused output for safety... The TR-7 is only rated for 2A and I feel the solenoid is pulling more than that...

You can set it to 4,5,6,7 or whatever you want.
I went 3 because I have my 2012 to open all doors with one click. If I made it two I would always be opening it by accident, so I went 3.... So far I'm happy with it.
