Default Anyone using a Rancho Quicklift?

Anyone install one of these? What do you think about the ride/performance? All the 2" leveling kits I see list 33x12.5 as max tire size but rancho advertises 35x12.5 I want to go with a 325/60/18 which is 33x13.5 can I get by with a regular 2" leveling kit?

Thanks,
Don

I have heard/read that the rancho quicklift messes witht he Electronic Ride Control, but do not have any definitive info on that. I, myself am looking into leveling kits for my 2009 4x4 f150 screw and can't seem to make a decision.

1. The daystar specifically says in the instructions that you may have to shave/cut off 1/8 inch of the factory strut assembly to get it to fit. This one is out for me.

2. The Procomp looks to be a nice one. They have one designed for the 2009-10, but I can not find out whether it is offset or not. And looks to have one just for the 2wd and 4wd. This one is on my short list.

3. Hellbent - looks to be nice, billet aluminum, solid, but I do not think it is offset and from what I have read, this could cause and is causing rub on the strut assembly - still it looks like a good choice if that is not the case

4. Autospring - they apparently have an offset spacer, but can not find any info on 2009-10

5. Tuff Country - doesnt look to be designed for 2009-10. and just not sure about this one

If you have a 4x4 then all of the spacers will allow you to squeeze in a 35x12.5. I am looking into the Nittos because they have a 295/70r18 that is approved to fit on a 7.5 stock ford rim (18inch). And the size actually comes in at 34.5 and 11.75 width, which as far as I can tell would be as flush to the outer wheel well as I can find.

I do like the idea of the quicklift and would like to hear if you have learned anymore about it. Hopefully this info helps you as well.

Good info cwbhunter. I can verify that the autospring spacer is offset slightly, and has zero rub.

Thanks for the info. I would also check out the Bilstein web site, they have some good info posted on preload vs. spacers. I have heard really good things about the bilstein shocks and others have said the ride is even better than factory. They convinced me. Looks like they do not have the '09/10 model out yet but I wasn't going to do it till spring anyway.

I got Tuff Country. $112.30 shipped to my door from suspensionconnection.com. Got it put on and leveled out the truck exactly. No problems with it and there was no difference in driving except sitting up higher which I liked.
