in the end I got a set of good lights but the PITA was not worth it.
I'll make a for sale listing for these when I get a chance to take some pics w/ my user name.

Got the black oem HID's ordered from stage3. Can't wait to get them.

I ordered the black hid's from stage3motorsports on Feb 3rd then received an email that there is a supply problem and won't ship till Feb 27th. Ok, I'll have to be patient but just checked their website that says this:
CURRENTLY NOT FOR SALE: we here at Stage 3 are not currently selling these OEM Projector Headlights, due to the fact that their recent quality has not been up to our standards. We're working with our supplier to iron out these quality control issues, and we hope to sell these lights again in the near future. Please give us a call at 1-877-578-2433, if you need any more information.
Just wondering if anyone has an order in with them and what is going on?
I'm a little nervous about keeping this order.

Its MOSTLY a supply issue. Products with long and changing lead times are not really things we like to sell. There have been a couple quality issues, but supplier is good about taking care of those.
