I don't think they will offer you anything near what you think. But it can't hurt to shop around and try. You always have the option of walking away and keeping what you got. Just don't let the "gotta have its" get to you or the salesman will crucify you.

You can update the stereo system to a better quality for cheap like $300.00 and who cares about a sunroof. Nav will only cost you another $600.00. You will loose a whole lot more trading it in.

Those are my personal feelings. You didn't make a mistake, you learned what to do next time regarding shopping around. That sucks the dealership screwed you on the rebate.

Live and learn! Could have been much worse! Trust me!

keep it and modify until you are thrilled with it. like someone mentioned, you can get the nav for 600. get that and then personalize it to your liking. i think its somewhat natural to second guess yourself when you make a big purchase like a truck. I know i lost a little sleep after i brought mine home from the lot, but in the end i know that i made a well informed decision that will pay off.

Why don't see what happens, i was kind of wondering about that myself. I just got a xlt 8ft box, 4 days ago, and people have been looking at it because of the 8 ft box and i"m debating if i should put a for sale sign in it for about 2 thousand more than what i payed, but it toke 14 weeks just to get the truck i wanted.

don't believe everything you read. I am an "A" plan buyer, so with my discount and rebates I did save quite a bit of money on my 09.

Now post some pics of that new truck
