The front will rub a bit if you don't trim it up a bit. Have you leveled it yet?
I went with the stock raptor tire size also

Raptor rims are plug-and-play and are well with the offset spec's of the 2009+ F-150s (34mm / 25mm-44mm) ...

Default Raptor Wheels on F-150, Yes the will work fine,

I was thinking though, is the offset different on these wheels compared to the rest because of the wider track on the Raptor? I know the front suspension is pushed out a bit due to the long travel setup, but the back is the same right? So I just wondered since the track is so wide and requires the extended fenders, if it was simply all because of the suspension pushing the wheels out or the offset on the wheels was also a factor.

Yes they will work fine, 2013 Ford, F-150 XLT screw, install Rancho Quick Lift, Struts, and bolt on Raptor wheels with 315 70r 17 tires, Mine are BFG AT's Look great, truck is level and over all lift seems to be about 6 inches. Did lose a little mileage, now 16 mpg over all, was 18-19 mpg. Flashed the computer with SuperChip, MPH is correct and check with GPS
