Does anyone here have an Aeroforce Interceptor in their 5.0? I'm thinking of ordering one tonight with the A-pillar pod from Stage3. Any negatives to having this gauge plugged to the OBD port all the time?

There are no issues leaving the gauge plugged-in 24/7/365.

HINT/TIP: Unplug the OBD connector BEFORE unplugging/plugging the connector to the gauge. It may have been a fluke, however, the in my Crown Victoria went DOA when I was futzing with the connector to the gauge while it was plugged-into the OBD port. *sigh*

How's the color and texture of these pillars matching up to the rest of the interior? Looks good in all you guys pictures, but just wanted to get some of your opinions. I'm wanting to add a A/F gauge and get my boost gauge out of my vent.

Regarding color ...
The trim panel will need to be spray painted to match (or closely match) the rest of the trim.

I'm partial to SEM products and for my RB (interior trim code - Charcoal Black), used CLASSIC COAT FLEXIBLE COATING - MIDNIGHT BLACK (17013).
Regarding texture ...
The piece has texture, though it's not the same as OEM. But then, none of the pods that I've ever installed over the years did the texture match. To me it's NBD.

Did anyone else have a problem with wiring getting to close to the speaker and causing the gauge to go nuts? I had to put a thick piece of foam in between the gauge wiring and speaker to stop interference on my volts gauge
