Default HELP!!! Rancho Quicklift Question

Here is my set up. 2009 Lariat 4x4 with Rancho adjustable 9000's in the rear w airbags, and Quicklift in the front w 9000 adjustable. 1st off, hate the Quicklift, 3 months after install, I had the front left shock blow out, they kindly replaced it. Then 3 months later the front right shock adjust **** wouldn't turn, I tried forcing it and it broke off. They sent me a new ****, and it still will not go above "3" setting..... Really frustrated with Rancho, must have been built on a Friday when everyone was trying to go hom. My question is since I wasn't smart enough to keep my OEM springs, can I use the stiffer Rancho springs and install Bilstein 5100's ??? Hopefully someone has had a similar situation and can help out. Thank you in advance.

I guess in theory you could but honostly if you hate ranchos that much which i dont blame you why bother going through all the trouble of disassembling them and then trying to put it back together since you already hate it why not get a set of fox 2.0s ? $690 if you use the coupon code on stage 3 i went from spacers to these and love them had ranchos on my last truck and wasnt to fond of them

Truthfully, not sure you'll be happy with the Bilsteins either. Very minimal, insufficient welds on the bottom of the shock tubes, and the tubes have a reputation for buckling and collapsing. I had to be convinced about the F150 Lifts BOSS suspension, but call me a believer. Never been happier. (These replaced my Bilsteins, and I am so glad I did!)

Will Rancho at least give you your money back?

Buy the best and cry once...

Rancho is not the same company it used to be.I had some issues also with the Front Quick Lifts and the rears. On the rear the paint started peeling with in a week same issue with front adjuster ****.I used the 90 day try out option and returned them.Just had a 6'' Pro Comp Lift just put on.

Thanks Alex. I don't really have the funds right now for a complete new setup so I'm gonna hope that the Vendor will make it right. Initially I would have rather gone with the F150Lift but thought the Rancho was more in my budget at the time. In hindsight it wasn't that great of a deal with all the trouble I've had. I'll get in touch with you when I hear back.

Thanks again,
William
