I have an '09 with about 36K miles on it and occasionally the drivers seat seems to have a slight drag when it automatically slides back upon exit. It doesn't stop although I'm concerned it might be the start of a bigger issue.

If you had this problem and fixed it please advise solution you used.

I had that problem with the backrest motor on my 09. It had the problem when I bought it used but I did take it in to the dealer and it was fixed under warranty, If I recall the had to replace the motor assy. I don't know if that will help since it looks like you may be out of warranty
