I would definitely call them. When i noticed i hadn't seen my mud flaps get shipped out after 2 days i called them to see if they forgot to send me a confirmation email. I didn't even complain and they kept apologizing to me and gave me free shipping. I was very impressed with their customer service!

Mine too. I certainly wouldn't buy them again.
Even the design of the ribbing is poor.
The ribbing runs parallel to the drain, preventing the drain from doing it's job.
Passenger mat slips all over the place, too. No cleats on the bottom of the mat to dig into the carpet to prevent this.
C'mon and bring WT Fanboiz.........

Aries is better. Someone reported they changed the hold down post locations on the floor in 2011 models though, but they should have that fixed soon so they match up for 2011's I would think.

my Husky Liners fit better than those. for the money, i think i got a better product. mine dont move at all, even with an 8 year old in the back going from side to side like a maniac...she can't sit still for some reason.

Mine fit the same way... if they're laser cut, they need to recalibrate that laser badly!
I'd go with SultanGris's suggestion next time. I think you can get better mats than the Weathertech's.
My passenger side in particular has at least 1/4" gaps. Both passenger and the rear floor mat slide around considerably. Also, the sides on the front mats don't quite get the slush out far enough. It ends up dribbling back down the sill plate.

There is such a thing as tolerance but the tolerance gap from OP is waaaay too much! Any way to put a heat gun on it and mold it better? lol
