My rear driver door does it. The dealer said they greased it. It still squeaks. I've given up on the dealers. They can barely change the oil properly. Back to fixing things myself. I'm out of bumper to bumper soon anyways

Well you could trim this piece, if it really bothers yah that much! Its whats causing the Squeak/Groan! But, I dont reccommend it!

I put a little grease on it and hasn't made a noise since.

Default Check these two things...

1) Are the door check assembly nuts and bolt tight? If not, the door check assembly can move back and forth a bit causing a squeak or clicking sound.

2) There is a small spot weld on the door frame just above the door check assembly. We have seen at least three trucks (including my 2013) where this spot weld cracked and made noise as the door opened and closed.

Does it on mine. Even with the door closed and driving. Does it on one of our F250 trucks at work so I just figured it was a Ford thing.

A creak or a squeak? I have a squeak when I shut both front doors. It sounds like its under the fender well. Does this sound like something different?

I tore mine off over a year ago. Tried everything. Got sick of it.
