Newbie help
I just purchased a 2012 2WD F150 yesterday and I'm ready for some wheels and tires. After spending hours on here I think I want to go with a Pro Comp 7036 wheel 20 X 9 , Nitto Terra Grapplers 305/55/20. I have no idea what to do for a leveling kit, I'm seeing guys go with 2", 2.5", 3", etc in the front. Some guys arent using anything in the rear and some are going up to 3", so any help in this department would be helpful. I also read somewhere that I would need my computer recalibrated is that so? Let me know if this set up would work and what you feel it would do to my gas mileage.
Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Retired and loving it!
I don't know about the lift and rubbing issues.........but it would really help on the MPG question if you posted your engine and rear end gear ratio.
Generally, you can expect to loose 15 to 20%...I could not afford that with gas hovering at $4 a gallon here....

Not sure, but I dont think a 9 inch wide rime will accommodate a 305 tire. I think 275 would be better / safer.

Also, at the top of the forum, every single time that you come to it or change the page, there is a thread that is sticked (on top) called Tire and Wheel fitment guide - 2009 and newer, it will answer all your questions in relation to tire sizes and how much lift / level is needed.
