If you have a Facebook account you can look up Trina at Ford and she can help too.

Couple thoughts:

Squeaks in the dash are not univeral (my 2013 doesn't have one yet, my 2010 did have one that drove me crazy) but they are very common in all vehicles. They can be very difficult to isolate and correct. Likely their service department would not get paid under warranty to troubleshoot/fix it. I had a dashboard squeak in my $100,000 Range Rover from day 1 that I eventually isolated and fixed myself with a little bit of felt cloth slipped into a gap in the dash. I never even bothered to take it in to service since I doubted they could do much.

Your fuel mileage is typical. It's not what you expected and Ford is learning the hard way to downplay their mileage claims on all their new vehicles. Your local dealer didn't build the truck and has nothing to do with the fuel economy it gets.

Good luck.

eye.surgeon Rang Rovers are $100,000? Yikes. I'm going to have to look them up on google. I thought Mercedes, Bentleys and all those high end cars was $100,000. Wow and I was complaining about staying under $30,000 for my truck...LOL

If you get something like an HSE Sport they're pretty expensive. I have a friend who used to be a Land Rover service advisor and the repairs are outrageous. I like the looks of them, but for that price I'd get the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S and get an APR tune on it.
