Default Help needed with Wheel fitment????

Ok I need help.. i dont understand all the offset and back spacing numbers.. I am looking at a set of rims that are a 20x10 with a -24 offset and a 4.5 backspace.. i am trying to figure out how much these would stick out on my FX4. I have stock (275/55/20) tires on my 20"x9 FX rims right now and a 2" level up front. Can anyone help me with this??

It will stick out 68mm further. Go here and run all the comparisons you want.

I assume you're getting new tires with those?

Also your stock wheels are 8.5" wide from everything I've found.

Also, according to that site, the inner edge of the wheel will be 2.6" (68mm) further out, but the outer edge will stick out 3.7" more than stock.

That makes sense if you think of the backspacing and width. These are 4.5" backspacing, and your stock wheels are 6.5. So that makes them stick out 2" more right there. Then, the new ones are 1.5" wider than your old ones too, making them stock out an additional 1.5". So that's ~3.5" more than stock right there.

These are really going to stick out past the fenders a considerable amount. Make sure that's the look you want before pulling the trigger. You might also get some rubbing by these sticking out so far

Sorry for the multiple posts, I'm on my phone and can't edit my old ones.
