Hey I just got my first Ford (F-150) and now I ran into some issue . What aftermarket stereo setup works good with the sync n do u still retain all ur steering wheel control and the Yeh and aux ports? Mainly how much of the steering wheel control still work?

I was looking for the same info. I was told I needed a $350 module to add an aftermarket HU, even though I did not want to retain the sync system.
