Kytan, I just had the CameraSource OEM camera and the Gentek 332 auto dimming rearview mirror.SKU: CS-FTR-332 installed. The camera is awesome, you dont have to change out your centerstack as the 3.3" monitor is in the mirror. clarity is great, it looks factory and the camera is in the bottom of the Ford Oval. It is a little expensive but well worth the money in my opinion. The Camera works great at night too with just the back up lights.
Good luck with your search.

Not trying to hijack ur thread but i had to ask.. camera-source.com does the kit CS-FTR work with Kenwood headunits?
i didnt install the backup cam that came with HU because i wanted an OEM look.

The harness terminates with RCA so it will work with anything.

Thanks for asking!

I wonder if I could modify the Ford rear emblem base to accept my WiFi camera or modify the factory camera wiring to work with RCA cables.

It will see great at night so no worries there. Compare our kit to what the factory puts in the truck and then the $289 price tag is way more attractive

All our cameras are shockproof, waterproof, and dustproof and we stand behind them with a 3 year warranty.

You have to decide if you want the generic look of a universal camera or if you want a factory style kit.

Thanks and let me know if you have any other questions.

I think I decided to go with this camera kit. Main reason is the 170 degree viewing angle, and the 0.1 LUX sensitivity of the camera. I feel like the wide viewing angle is highly useful.

I'm just going to use it in the rear application for now. Maybe I'll do a front mount in the future.

Agreed. I like the red in the wheels and the matching red F150 emblem. Looks slick
