If anyone is interested I came across this wiring diagram regarding 2 cameras into the Advent radio. Apparently this setup will have the reverse camera come on when backing up. Then when you are parallel parking or pulling up to close to something you can flip a switch to active front camera and when you backup forget to flip the switch the reverse camera will automatically come on with this install. I am working on this but have to wait for the 2 way switch.

Have any of you tried that?
Even though I have it off every now and then it would ask for a code. I won't have my truck back for another week plus but when I get it back I need to double check and make sure it is updated to the newest firmware.

So mad I didn't pick one of these up when they were still up for grabs on amazon. If anyone has one for sale, please let me know. Can't find anything as close to OEM near the advent price.

Mine came with that most recent firmware installed and a sheet with instructions on how to make sure the update was complete on first bootup.

Update on SXM defaulting back to Channel 1:

So far, as long as I shut the system off with it on the SXM screen, it stays on the channel I was last listening to. Once yesterday, I shut the system down while on the GPS/Nav screen and when I came back SXM went back to channel 1. Could be an anomaly, but it's the only thing that was different.

All of the units shipped from the Amazon deal should have said that the newest update was on there and how to install it on bootup as mine did. But, did anyone actually check that with the website to make sure it was the most recent update?

Also, which tuner do you have?

I did...in the menu under Settings/Info and mine has the 01-18-13 version.

I have the SXV200.

mine has the recent update advising the same correction per the website link I posted.

Also has anyone messed with the advanced options. The loading on the screen is what happens when you press on the advanced option tab ( was a little scared). Apparently there are two skin folders that can be updated. I wonder if we can use the same program to change that as we do to change the splash screen

Lol, Yeah I took Live4him's idea with placing the sync badge on and also change the splash screen again.
