AC Leaking onto Passenger Floorboard

If the drain pipe is through the fire wall as designed either the water is pushing back through the firewall or you have a cracked air box.
I actually added a rubber hose that was a tsb on the previous model truck that corrected the water from coming back in the hole on the fire wall. The hose number is 4m2z-6a614-aa.
I also added a copper pipe to drop the water away from the cat on my truck. For some reason they have the outlet right above the cat and with every drop you get a good sizzle.

they said everything was as it should be, and they don't know why it's leaking. this isn't a known issue with the 14s. I said I didn't know how long it's been leaking because I just got these mats for Christmas and the first time I noticed was about 2 moths ago.

dealer tried the old it's normal thing. and I lost my mind (respectfully).
after some back and forth I have to go back on the 20th to drop it off and they are going to pull the evap (?) from under the dash to check to see if there is something inside it causing the issue.. while it was running during their testing the witnessed no dripping outside, but agreed that drips only in side. they also tried cleaning the drain to no avail.
pics from different times and yes the carpet gets wet not alot, but enough (more than it should)

First would be to check to make sure drain is not plugged as discussed, second is to make sure your ac is not freezing over.

I had a TSB completed on my 2012 for this same issue. I'm sorry that I can't recall the TSB number. I was under warranty at the time, and it fixed the problem. I've since sold that 2012, so I don't have the paperwork any longer. My 2014 hasn't had this issue as of yet.

now they can remove the evap and do what ever it is they need to do.
they actually told me to run the ac with my windows up and recerc on. I said no crap.. we'll see on the 20th i hope they fix it. if not maybe i'll do like the guy above and rig it myself. i did something similar on my 07 expy.
