Default 83247239847 wheel and tire question but with gift!!!

Can someone-with actual experience on your truck-tell me if 275/60R20 (33s) can fit on stock 20" wheels without rubbing on a FX2 WITHOUT A LEVEL. I am looking at either Duratecs, Wranglers, Open Country II (most likely), or Terra Grapplers. If you have pics added bonus. After talking to our suspension tech I think I am going to hold off on my 2" Hell Bent Steel Level. In return for someone showing me they can fit that wants and doesnt already have a level kit I will send this kit to you for free (brand new in box and are for a 2012 F-150 but should fit several different year models)-you just pay shipping. Just let me know you want it when you tell me they can or cants fit. Thanks for your help and I hope they fit or it looks like 285/55R20s for me.

My bad. I did a search but guess I am not good at the search engine on here and didnt want to go through the 190 pages of wheel and tire. And youre right-probably dont need anymore wheel and tire questions but when people are spending $1000+ on tires and/or wheels people want some reassurance. Again thanks.

So, I guess if you dont want the level, in the spirit of the holidays if someone wants it that doesnt have one just let me know. Its yours.

The sticky in the wheel and tire section has the sizes and fit according to ride height and level.. and it's pretty accurate my friend! good luck on the tires.. if the slightly wider bfgs fit my old truck, im sure yours will with no problem!

I'll take the level.. my future brother in law needs one, this would be a good way to score points! ha

Yeah I saw that one also but its an FX4 and unfortunately I got a 2WD. ALso, I sent out the leveling kit today. Should arrive on Monday. Dont worry about shipping-it was only like $12. Just do the same some time when you have the opportunity. Hope you enjoy it and Happy Holidays.

Quick update-well I had Cooper Discoverer ATPs installed yesterday from Discount Tire and the 275/60R20s do fit without any rubbing on a stock 2WD without a level. I have the bilsteins that I will be putting on probably Saturday at mid-perch, but it is not needed. It does make the wheel wells fill up a little and the more aggressive tread looks much better (these tires actually look great-just with it had a slightly more agressive sidewall but overall they look great). I actually wish I would have got 275/65/R20 as I am almost positive they would fit WITH a level. So far the Coopers are great-they are much better than the pirellis especially in the morning where it felt like I would get a flat spot on the stock tires every night causing the bed to bounce all around. They is no road noise (at least that I can hear over the exhaust), handles the same, dont know about wet or snow but I really like them-especially for the price. I did get $50 a tire for the stock tires as well with 6200 miles on them and installed it came to a little over $650.
Quick side note also-our service manager actually says they get a ton of complaints about the 20" pirellis. A lot of people have been complaining about the compound as it firms up too much in the cold causing the truck to ride like crap. He said there was actually a batch of trucks that had, in the owners manual, that you needed to drive for 15 minutes each day to make the tires heat up and smooth out. So for you north people-if you are experiencing rough ride especially bed bouncyness it is most likely caused by the tires. tko_818 did you ever receive the HBS level kit I sent you? Havent heard if you did or not?
