6" Lift for 4x4 auto / AWD
ok, So, I am having a hard time here. I can find lifts, I can find those for the 4x4, and a few less for 4+ inches (prefer a 6") but one of my big issues is that when I look farther into it all I'm finding several that apparently do not work with the higher trims that come with the 4x4a/awd transfer case.
responses I've gotten so far from the MFGs
Rancho - does not fit the front differential
Skyjacker - does not fit the AWD system
Mcgaughy - it will fit, but you need to upgrade the front drive shaft to prevent vibrations? to what?
I really prefer to be able to use the stock 20" wheels if at all possible so I can split up the costs a bit between wheels/tires and the lift.... or maybe spacers?
Either way I'm at a loss. I would like more than what coilovers can do (3") but am having an issue with finding something quality, not stupid expensive and works with the 4x4a awd system. Does anyone have any insight?

wow, that is exactly what I am looking for. I wonder if you can get the standard 6" lift and add the coilovers later. I'l contact the MFG and see whats up. Also, just to confirm you have the 4x4a setting? How do you like the BDS lift? any regrets?

I have 2013 with 4A and standard 6 inch BDS lift no problems. You can upgrade it later. BDS is very well put together ,looks awesome and drives like stock .
