Do the back seats fold up like the SCAB seats do in these trucks? Sorry for my stupidity but this is a serious question, I have no idea. Also, the seats do NOT fold down in the SCREW like the SCAB also correct?

Yes they fold up and down

up very easily... down is a pain in the *** but isn't necessary because you free up much more space by folding them upwards.
