Wink passenger seat shaking problem

From the 1st day I picked my truck up,out of state,[did my own dealer trade] the passenger seat shook badly. I told my dealer about it and told him I was going to get rid of the Hankook tires[ p235-70-17] and put on Michelins[265-70-17] and if the vibration was still there, the dealership could fix it. He took a ride in my 2011 F150 xlt sc 4x4 and watched the seat vibrate, shake. He said if the problem was still there after changing tires the dealership would fix it. Itraded the tires in with 258 mi on them and the shaking is gone. Now,I could have had the dealership rebalance the tires but I wanted Michelins. 3600 mi. on the truck with no problems!

Mine had this problem, but at 35-40 mph. They did all the balancing and checking and finally balanced the driveshaft there in the shop. No vibration whatsoever now. It's very smooth. I looked under to see what they actually did, and saw that some grinding was done.

Try rotating your tires, maybe balancing them too

I'm just starting this process. Shook so bad on the test drive thought a wheel was loose; salesmen was on board. Right at 55 mph was the worst, just like everyone else's. Salesman said flat spots, I said I want a mechanic to drive it. Mechanic said flat spots; drive it 400 miles. If 400 was good, 800 would be better. Well it was much better, but still not acceptable. Took it in Sunday asking for tires and alignment (also could feel but not quite see a steering wheel shimmy). Tires are the Goodyears. The build date was 3/31, I bought it end of Sept, so it's been sitting on a sideways incline for six months; maybe that has something to do with it. It's supposed to be ready tomorrow; three days for tires? gotta love dealers My trade-in with the wear bars thumping was smoother than this!

Ok, I've got the same thing going on with my 2011 157 FX4. So the concenses I'm hearing from these post is "tires". Oh and one drive shaft balanced. So far I've had tires balanced and rear diff shims added. I currently have the stock 20" scorpions. I'm just not looking forward to replacing tires so soon. :-) Anyone else find a cure to this issue?

I have the FX4 Ecoscrew 157" with the 275/65/18 Goodyear AT/S Wrangler 6 ply. I had minor vibration after putting them on after winters came off. Just had them balanced, and vibration was worse.... for one day now mostly smooth. It comes and goes with different road surfaces.
My 17" Blizzak winters shake much worse despite getting Road Force balancing, new truer rims and even new replacement tires for anything not within spec on the road force.
I think this truck chassis transmits the tiniest vibration or harmonics into the body and shows up as shuddering.
Mine is liveable, the winters less so, I'm still trying to figure out a solution.
As a machinist I have a few ideas on dialing up drive train parts looking for some reason for the finicky set up.

anybody heard of a fix for this?

shocks? steering rack? etc?

i've done some testing.... it's definitely not the driveshaft, transmission, or engine on mine. i put the truck in neutral while it was happening and the vibration continued.

You probably lost a tire weight.

Go have them rebalanced.

I had new tires, got a big shake after 60mph...
Tech told me to get an alignment, i told him... Rebalance the tires.

1/16" shake now at top speed.... Other than that.... Nothing
