5.0 headers
Has anyone installed stock 5.0 Mustang shorty headers on F150 5.0? If so will it require any modification to the exhaust system to bolt up? Also any issues with overall fitment with the frame?

Can't answer your fitment questions, however .....
In general there are few performance gains to be had with shorty headers.
If you want headers, go with long-tube that are designed for the F-150. While the installation hassle will be same, modifications are minimized and with a tune the performance gains are maximized.

These stock shorties are free for me plus I am fimilar with longtubes on the Mustang 5.0 and there is no to very little gains installing them. But the F150 stock headers are very restrictive and a set of shorties would make some nice gain and probably the same as if I went with a more expensive longtube.
