I'm glad to hear its stranded wire. Just make sure that you fuse it at the battery. I know the LED's won't draw much current but if the wires chaff where they run through the frame they could short. Here is the web site from O'Reilly Auto Parts for a in line fuse holder for $4.00 but any auto parts store will have something similar. http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...1177&ppt=C0172

What's the problem with your power tailgate latch?
Basically trying to get the trunk pop mechanism to fire off of this TR7 module.

I'm trying to duplicate this mod - https://www.f150forum.com/f38/automa...lights-187407/

But i'm at a stand still right now trying to figure out the TR7 hookup.
