3 week build time at Dearborn F150 plant
Heard from the sales guy today on my new truck (sig), which was special order entered 12May and now sits on a rail car waiting for a westbound train. So with Memorial Day factored, just 3 wks total which is much quicker than I anticipated. Unsure what that might mean with respect to MY ramp-down or simply coincidence in timing of Supercab batch builds.
I noticed this morning that FoMoCo is refreshing incentives pages by zip code (previously stated "must take delivery from dealer by 2June" now shows in effect through 7July. Hoping my net OTD drops a little more to help offset planned farkles for the new truck. Already received pair of UnderCover Swing Cases, ordered Bedrug Bed Mat yesterday and ready to shop for cap/topper/shell/canopy for it, while watching CL ads for a fresh take-off set of Raptor 17" wheels...

Well, I know mine was built at the Dearborn truck plant which the site linked below unofficially published as having special order window deadline of 22May. Unsure if your Scab XLT 5.0 is being built at the Kansas City plant? Seems odd that yours ordered 3 wks before mine hasn't been built. I don't see same level of info shown about Kansas City, although both are shown with 10-12 wks leadtime...

Ordered my FX4 on 4/14/14, and picked it up on 5/27/14 built in KC. I work for BNSF, and engines are hard to come by these days with all of the oil and grain trains running.

Raisin, I hope you don't have the problems I had with my truck built in Kansas City. Truck came with extra miles on it, and the top of the roof is dented and scratched. I got cash in hand and a premium extend warranty for the miles, and the roof is getting fixed also. I was told also that they are having problems with the truck carriers because one of the big trucking company's filed for bankruptcy.
