Looks killer man! I did this with my 04 headlights too and will do the same when I get into an 09 up. Nice work!

So just black RTV to seal it back up? You going to do the rear lights next?

Sorry for the delayed reply, got married, honeymoon and accident that put me out of work for 6 months so been kinda tied up, [MENTION=83695]Notch46[/MENTION] yes just RTV black silicon to seal them back up and the tails are different, you have to dremmel them apart, so best thing for tails is just buy a set thats black already.

[MENTION=150067]Red13[/MENTION] just stick to the temp and times i posted and you will be fine, its stupid how easy it is, just time consuming due to Ford's factory headlight seal

thanks guys, the jesters are 20x9 with -12 but im about to change them im goin 22x12 AF independence lol but gotta get my lift on first

Damn. Looks BEAUTIFUL.

You basically turned these heads into HD heads right?
From what I can tell, the HD lights are no different from these originally, except that chrome bezel is black?
