Default 2013 XLT 5.0 Exhaust system problem

I've been noticing puddles of water under my truck when I pull out of the driveway. I've located a leak in the roundish cylinder that is midpoint of the cab pretty much at the back of the front door when looking under the truck Not sure if this is just a muffler or the catalytic converter and would like a proper description to give the dealer when I take it in so I don't look like a complete doofus. (which I readily admit I am).
Thanks for the help.

A picture says a thousands words. Can you get under it and take a pic of the piece you are talking about?

I get that too, I think there is a condensation drain hole somewhere in there. Generally you will see water under there right after starting up in certain conditions.

No there is a definite hole in the back end spitting out exhaust. You can see a drip and I ran the truck for a whole minute this morning to locate the leak.

Hmm... Post a picture and words grind to a halt
I'm pretty sure it's not a flux capacitor but could we have finally located Marvin the Martian's stolen space modulator?

Guess it's off to the dealership. Hopefully they won't be able to identify it either and just replace the whole exhaust system front to back (or more likely back to front as I'm usually backwards about this stuff)

it's the resonator and there is a weep hole in it for condesation to leak out.

Ah, beat me to it.

The circled part is the resonator. Looks like your pic.

Thanks for the replies! I might add if I let my truck run for 10 minutes or so I have a river running down the driveway so I "think" it is something a little more serious. I couldn't locate the "leak" in the daylight ( the pipe behind the resonator is drenched) so I went out with a flashlight while it was still dark this morning as as soon as the truck is started I can immediately see the phfft phfft of exhaust spitting out and can pinpoint the pinhole where this is happening on the lower rear end of the resonator.
Thanks for all the help! This site is the greatest.
