I don't have the touch screen.
I just have the basic SYNC with the 2 line horizontal display screen.

I have a 2012 F150 w/ Sync! It says my current software version is Sync VersionGen1-V4.0.2 Is this the current version for a 2012 anybody know??? thank you

I just received a letter from Ford. There is new update for the MFT equipped trucks. v3.6.

Trying my damnest to download it right now. It's been hung a 38% for the last 10 mins. That's reassuring.........

Mine is Gen1 - V4.1.2.F and sync site says it's the latest greatest for my truck.

Updated mine last night. It does take a while to put it on the flash drive. Loaded it in my truck and now the voice part doesn't work! I push the button on the steering wheel to call someone and you can see it's asking for something but you can't hear it. Told it to call someone and the names appeared but I couldn't say what line I wanted! I touched the line I wanted and nothing! This is actually the first actual problem I've had with it.

I can't even log in to the website to see if there is an update. The website must be overloaded with folks downloading the update.
