Default Seat Covers, durability.

Alright I know this has probably been covered before. But I couldn't find anything recent. I wanted to hear from people that have a set and they lasted. I am a welder, so I get into my truck pretty dang nasty sometimes. I want to preserve the seats as much as possible. I also spend a decent amount of time in my truck, 24k in one year so far. and its my everyday everywhere vehicle. Basically, if you got one what kind and hows it doing so far. and is it comfortable. I wanted to spent no more than 275. So those really nice leather covers are out of the budget.
Thanks
Robert.

I have had Wet Okole Neoprene Seat Covers in my Scion for over 6 years. They have held up very well. They are easy to clean up and don't show any signs of wear.

I liked them enough that I just bought a set for my new F150. They fit extremely well. They don't even look like seat covers. They look nicer than the original fabric on the seats.

I have a wraptor skin seat cover. Very durable Kevlar material just like on firefighters gear and police bullet proof vests, gloves, etc. Custom fit to your seat. I love it! They are used in many police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, and military vehicles across the country but starting to be available to the public too. Amazing warranty for 2 years. Any rips or tears from wear it's repaired no questions asked. Comes in all black or tan. $150. Very worth it. Better than the carhart ones. Check out it's history wraptor-skin.com. It looks way better in our trucks than it does in the video. Lots more snug. If it's not obvious I help sell them.

The Wraptor sounds nice. But is that $150 for one seat? Any plans for colors besides black or tan? I have the "grey" interior", so black would be my only option, tan would just not work. How about covers for the 40/20/40 console?
Your location is handy for me, I wind up in Garden City a lot.

Same question about number of seats and console. I like they are made in the US I think they are the only ones I have found that are so far.

Yes made in USA. Founded by a police officer. Yes that is for 1 seat. I don't set the prices. I'm kind of a middle man. I do believe there are discounts for more than one and back seats. I'll double check. I actually just learned that it IS available also in navy blue and gray! I learn something new every day! The covers are tailored to your seat and attach via strong Velcro underneath the seat and strong elastic around the front of the seat. Mine are a little over a year old. Yours don't have to have any embroidery on the front. Very durable from what I've had. Can't beat that warranty either. Very snug fit, and only require occasional adjusting as it gets broken in and used frequently.

If I was to go directly to them in Wyandotte, do they have someone that could custom fit them on site? Thinking maybe could get someone to sew up a cover for my console and headrests at the same time as well.
I wonder how dog hair removal is on that material, and I may have missed it, but what type of warranty?
I have covercraft covers on right now, custom made, and they just don't fit right, plus they're starting to come apart from wear. These look like they are comparably priced.

Just called them, and left a message. Hopefully they call back. The voice on the recording even sounded like a LEO, LOL!

Dave is in fact a LEO. Good guy. I don't know about going there. If I had to guess probably not. They may have your seat already made in stock. Don't quote me though. 2 year no questions asked warranty. If it tears or anything from a factory defect it's repaired free. I have a pug that sheds like mad. I haven't had a problem cleaning fur off it. I don't know about console covers. I'd like one myself if they can. I'll ask. I'm sure head rests are do-able too. All good questions since it's not something they normally do. I'll check.

Wet Okoles are made in Hawaii. They are very nice looking, durable, and easy to clean. You can special order them vehicle specific with options like pockets on the back, gun pockets, emblems, in many different colors. They are expensive. I paid about $500 for the full set for my Tacoma, but they were way better than the factory cloth seats. Wetokole.com. Here's a couple pics of the ones I had in my Tacoma.
